Have you ever been working, working, working and then hit a wall? Not literally, of course, but figuratively reached that point where you can't go on. You feel like you can't function anymore.
Sometimes we have the opportunity to step away from that wall to relax, regroup, and recharge our energy. Other times we do not.
In this week's episode of Reflections of a Recovering Ugly Duckling, I share my recent experience with hitting the proverbial wall and how I bounced off it and restored my energy so I could continue my day.
